Board to board connector problems and troubleshooting

The correct connection of the board-to-board connector product can improve the service life of the product and ensure the excellent operation of the mechanical equipment. Board to board products present the situation, not timely treatment, will bring immeasurable economic losses. The following is a brief introduction to the board to board connector circuit connection and troubleshooting methods.

(1) About the connection of the board-to-board connector

A board-to-board plug receptacle is used for electrical connection of two separate circuit boards, comprising a first connector connected with the circuit board and a transfer connector used for serial connection of the first connector, wherein the first connector has a first terminal connected with the circuit board and a body accommodating the first terminal, and the conversion connector is provided with a second terminal and a body accommodating the second terminal. The two extension tail ends of the second terminal may be inserted into the first terminal respectively to achieve electrical lead connections with the first connector arranged on the two circuit boards, wherein the first terminal and the second terminal one of the other end has a reverse zigzagging elastic part, and the body and the second terminal can be selected according to the spacing specification of the circuit board to extend the appropriate length.

(2) Board to board connector issues and toubleshootings.

Once the product is faulty, it can be determined that the reason is the cracking of the wire in use, the product loosening and so on. The frequency of the wire breaking in the middle is not much, most of them are broken at the connector, so the focus of the inspection should be placed on the sensor and the wire connecting straight outside, to see if they have problems such as loose and poor bell connection. Generally due to poor contact caused by the break fault, mostly due to rust at the end of the product, external dirt into the terminal or connection socket, resulting in contact pressure drop. In response to this failure, the connector needs to be removed, and then reinserted, changing its connection condition, so that it can return to normal contact.
